Our Story

Jake is responsible for the smooth running of client’s systems and Cloud services, and our own systems. Jake has a huge interest in all areas of technology, keeping up-to date with the latest trends and new tech.

Jake's favourite piece of tech is his custom built computer (costing thousands) and in his spare time Jake can be found racing around London on his bike, or leading teams into virtual battle on WoW, or attending motorsport events.

Good at: Everything technical
Known for: Formula 1 and talking a lot.

Zak is responsible for dealing requests from clients, triaging them and either fixing issues at first contact or allocating them around the team. He spends a lot of time in Maple’s Moorgate office and carrying out field visits to Maple's clients.

Zak's favourite piece of tech is his vintage Gameboy - its as old as him. And in his spare time Zak enjoys watching football and keeping up to date with new tech releases and products on the market.

Known as: The ticket-machine
Known for: Being incredibly laid back

Casey works out of Maple's Tokenhouse office, resolving technical issues for clients and carrying out field visits in the City.

His favourite piece of tech is a mechanical keyboard - very specific!  In his spare time Casey is a regular gym goer, a football steward, and a computer gamer.

Good at: Microsoft 365 and Azure
Known for: Being the new boy, although he's not really new anymore.

Andrew co-founded of Maple in 2018 and is responsible for company administration and client services. Before Maple he was managing IT for a leading hedge fund.

Andrew's favourite piece of tech is his Apple watch, and away from work he’s usually outside walking, running or ideally playing golf.

Good at: Wearing lots of hats.
Known for: An obsession with golf.

Rani is the Company Administrator who supports the operations of Maple Technology.

Good at: Application Support
Known for: Travelling to new places and trying new restaurants

Ilenia looks after client services including roadmaps, projects, upgrades and renewals. She is also our Egnyte certified professional. 
Favourite piece of tech is her home sound system, and away from work she writes songs and poetry, and highly rates her Italian cooking.

Good at: Customer service and tech support.
Known for: Speaking loudly like a proper Italian. 

Sam looks after Maple's bookeeping and admin, which is a more complicated task than it should be.

In her spare time, Sam loves the great outdoors, lots of holidays, and cooking. 

Good at: Numbers and attention to detail.
Known for: Getting incredibly annoyed if account codes aren't logged in the procurement system.
