Maple provides a complete portfolio of IT services to clients, typically in Central London but also further afield. The most visible part of our service is the support team, handling requests and issues for our clients, but behind the support team there is much more.

We are a Microsoft partner, so we provide Microsoft licensing and build and support our clients Cloud services. We can migrate files and email from other platforms into 365. We are also partners with a host of other leading Cloud service providers, and can adopt and support any service.

Our standard of support is second to none. Fully managed clients benefit from a 30-minute SLA, and most issues are fixed on first-contact with the support team.

 

Our typical clients

Most of our clients are based in Central London and most are in the financial services sector. We work with hedge funds, investment managers, insurance brokers and underwriters. We also support businesses and staff further afield, including in the United States and Asia.

We pride ourselves on having close working relatoinships with our clients, and understanding their businesses and their business needs. For our clients, we work as an extension to their own business, and personally know the majority of their staff.

 

Where are we?

Our office is in the City of London, close to Bank Underground station, so we can work closely with our clients. This proximity means that we can fully available when needed for on-site support, emergencies, projects, and meetings.
