Our Essentials package is perfect for start-ups and firms with up to four staff who want the same quality IT services which would be found at larger and established firms.

Our Business package contains the elements for consistent IT support service delivery - good IT management, proactive maintenance, and great support when it's needed.

Our Plus package adds the governance layer to firms who need to actively demonstrate that they have full oversight of their IT. We have found this is especially suitable to firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Ideal for established businesses with 5+ staff

This service includes the key elements of managed services, such as managing Cloud services, backups and cybersecurity. Then there is a per-person fee to cover support for all staff and computers.

Managed IT Plus

Ideal for businesses in regulated sectors

A service with everything needed in an IT service contract, with the addition of named client-manager, a documented IT roadmap, minuted IT meetings, regular inventories and IT update memos. All combined to demonstrate effective IT governance.
